Using traditional methods Manique describes a continuity of consumables from previous generations and creates an archival point for the future.
"These products are in my genes, my father ate them as I have. They have been absorbed and are are part of me. Whether my children eat these products or not they are already part made from them".

I am lost in a world I feel no connection with. Like an abandoned child I dream of being found, but wake to find myself alone.
I drift between this world and another, never fully present in either.
Diffused light beckons or warns me...

Politics for the simple minded.

The work i create is usually split down the middle, Positives of Life and Negatives of Life.

Often speeding towards the more Negative aspects of the world around us , its usually broken up with a Positive ray of sunshine here and there. every now and again!

Not an artist but more of a creationist i use whichever medium i feel best to relay my take on whats making me smile ( or not!) at any given moment. In my spare time i like to Paint, Read Books and panic.

While playing guitar with Marianne Faithfull on her current "Songs Of Innocence And Experience" world tour Ken took thousands of pictures on his cell phone and on Lomo cameras and began morphing them with his drawings and paintings. The result was so creatively satisfying that he went on a rampage and finished about 50 pieces. The resulting work has been featured in small shows and galleries in Europe.
